i found the apartment spacious it featured a modern bathroom with good equipment. the hotel was very clean and tidy i noticed. the poolside snack bar was well stocked with good food from the adjacent riviera pasteleria.

the hotel offered many amenities including pools, a snack bar, and a restaurant. the rooms were comfy with a nice balcony i found a great bathroom. i checked into my room early thanks to the lovely staff.
the snack bar closing early at 4.30pm was not clearly indicated at the poolside i wish it had stayed open later.

the rooms are kept very clean daily and the beds are comfy everything i needed was in the room. there was a mini kitchen , made it easy to prepare meals plus i had a super clean bathroom. happy hour was also a plus.

the staff members are friendly and helpful. the reception service is on the ball. i received a complimentary bottle of wine a very nice touch. they stored my luggage when i arrived early.

the hotel is near to everything i needed. a taxi rank is also nearby with cheap fares. there is a pastry shop next door that offers amazing food and cakes. a very large supermarket is located to the left of the hotel.

the hotel provides both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. i noticed that there were a lot of sun beds available. mini golf is also available if you want to play. i also used the gym which was big enough to do a few lengths.

the room was cleaned regularly and towels were replenished often the cleaning staff were friendly. the air conditioning worked well . the hotel is near a supermarket that catered to all self catering needs. escalators provide easy access to bars and restaurants
the bar did not open until 4 o'clock and a snack bar was not open either

the reception staff was helpful assisting with any questions i had. the staff at the pool bar worked hard making guests feel welcomed, they were a great asset to the hotel offering quick and friendly service.

the pool area was maintained and tidy the outdoor pool was a nice size. an enclosed games room is available for children. the hotel had a bar with televisions playing football and regular singers providing entertainment.

i stayed in a pool view apartment this time and it was super clean i found the supermarket close to the hotel very useful it had everything i needed for my stay i used the escalators nearby for easy access to the old town the location of the hotel is great for exploring the area.
the bar opening hours were limited i wished it opened earlier in the day however i made alternative plans.

the reception staff were very helpful with directions and local information there was daily housekeeping that kept the apartment very tidy fresh towels were provided each day which i found very convenient.

the pool was a good size and well-kept there were plenty of sun loungers available the indoor pool provided a good alternative for swimming i liked the games room that was available for kids.

i did not have breakfast at the hotel however the pool bar offered a good selection of snacks and drinks the nearby bakery provided excellent cakes i visited a few times the on-site bar had happy hour.

The noise at this hotel was excessive. People partied until early morning. security took no action to stop it. additionally, the mattress quality was subpar. It caused back pain after only a few nights.
